Not at all. I for one give much praise and adoration when it called for and dare I even say earned. But if I'm going to be spending my money on it, it had better be well worth it.

Gone are the days of when I buy it just because OMG it's Smokescreen or for the sake of being a completionist or even being a fan. Which is sad, but I choose to spend wisely.

I swear some of these things are thrown together at the eleventh hour by an intern with no supervision whatsoever and way too much creative control. Between a few of these huge "WTF!?" paint jobs and the relentless series of drastically mistransformed official promo shots showing most of these figures in the least flattering depictions possible, I truly am starting to believe that monkeys work for Hasbro.

I think it's time that that question finally gets asked in one of these Q&A sessions: what is the f'n deal with NEVER correctly transforming the toys you're promoting and hoping to sell?

I'll get it... but only because it makes an easier starting point for a custom. I'll part swap the arms and upper legs with my spare Prowl, and repaint most of the car body. Then add gold instead of that stupid yellow. The red is fine, just need to mask off the sides and spray a brand new blue, then replace numbers. No big deal. Only, I'd prefer if I didn't have to do that...
