We got those excuses for Soundwave and Hound, we got "but zomg kos killd murket!" for Predaking, we got a lecture about the price of remolds/repairs for Jazz, we get several excuses for every Megatron P38 toy, ranging from how US laws have jurisdiction over Japanese companies to how it's too small a market for Takara to ever ever ever do anything without Hasbro's blessing. While they're regrettably within their rights not to sell desirable products, lying is not the way to justify it.
