Just got a notice that preorders for KO Scourge & Cyclonus are being taken. Thought I would warn folks.

 

Where are the preorders?

 

I heard that they are also going to repack the KO Metroplex toys in Encore boxes, How true this is I am not sure but it is one way for them to sell them on Ebay I guess?

 

Not even with their Targetmasters. I think I'll save my money for Universe Cyclonus and Titanium Scourge, thankyouverymuch.

 

I might get them just for the nostalgia factor even though I own a loose Vintage G1 Cyclonus. And I've never owned Scourge so this might be a good chance to get him cheap.

 

i'm so sick of this ko crap! just bring these figs out in the encore line please.

 

Well, if it follows previous KOs, these will be like $70, which won't save you anything if you're looking for just a loose complete in nice condition.

 

KOs usually sell for slightly-moderately cheaper here

Looks like they couldn't get Scourge's metallic sticker done properly. Also, do you guys see the Wheeljacks on the right?

 

I ordered mine a week ago against my better judgement, I really just want the boxes to start making my customs in that size. At least they are still leaving slight differences in the boxes and toys. They could be rotten and make the boxes exact, which isn't all that hard. I actually am half through making my own perfect KO boxes to fill the gap in my MISB collection till its filled with the real deal. If the KOs were flawless even I would be on the hate train.

 

Well if history tells anything (KO Metroplex then Encore Metroplex), these will be released in the Encore Series and those are the ones I'll buy.

 

if the encore comes of these two then I say they will be as TFC hot rod. both versions.

 

If that is true then I wish they would KO Ramjet, Thrust, Trailbreaker, Sunstreaker, & Wheeljack. We already have a KO Mirage.

 

Ramjet, Thrust, Trailbreaker were reissued by Takara, but are ridiculously hard to find and pricey.  

 

And Wheeljack and Sunstreaker are coming soon as well

 

But which one???

There was three original scourges (great for collecting a little army) if I recall so this will just make a forth.

 

weren't they supposed to come out earlier this year? And anybody know what happened to Spencer and A3&U? I don't see that store as a sponsor anymore

 

just wondering where do they sell these Knock off in the states? I havent seen any KO G1 boxes at the CVS/Rite Aid drug stores.

 

I would have been a lot more excited before Titanium Scourge and Universe Cyclonus. Pass.

Although, if they come out in the Encore line, maybe I'll pick them up.

 

You can't go looking for them in a moderately trustworthy retail outlet. Hence the whole "Knockoff" thing. Check your seedy places, like unknown websites and auction warehouses like Ebay.

Unless I am totally wrong about what a KO really is. I'm 99% sure that Takara/Hasbro aren't to happy about them.
