I mean, why are we getting date predictions for a third trailer if we haven't seen the first or second? This "news" seems really unorthodox and kind of predictable, and it should be treated more as rumor than fact. A big Paramount movie is going to feature a trailer for another big Paramount movie. How we're getting news of a full trailer before an teaser trailers is beyond me, but I wouldn't at all be surprised that a big trailer for the movie were to premeire before the Star Trek movie. If it is true, it'll give me a reason to actually go see the ST movie in theaters. I've never been a fan, let alone a Treky, so I really have no reason to go see it. That and there will more than likely be at least one other movie out at the time that I'd rather go see. Quote:

But, as has been pointed out, ST now has an early May release date, rather than the original December date. I'd be a lot more excited about a December trailer. Maybe we'll get a teaser with Eagle Eye, though.  | |
