My two biggest wishes from day one with this series were that Corey Burton would reprise his roles as Shockwave (done!) as well as Brawn since they both ranked as two of my top favorite voices of G1. If the latter is about to become a reality in S3, I will finally & officially be 100% sold on this series, no questions asked. |

Optimus Prime--- Rodimus Prime
Bulkhead--- Brawn
Bumblebee--- Hot Shot
Ratchet--- Red Alert
And that just leaves a counterpart to Prowl, which people are guessing will be Beachcomber, especially since Beachcomber has a similarly-shaped visor and was a nature-lover in G1.

I dunno, between Prowl and Jazz, I don't really want another ninja. I reckon they'll mirror the Optimus crew in some ways, but still mix it up and give us something new.
I was thinking it might be interesting if they designed Brawn as a retool of Cybertron-mode Bulkhead, in the same way they did designs for some of the Autoboot Camp characters. |
