Well, the TF08.net page, where these images originated from, also shows Final Battle Jazz and Bonecrusher. Pascal over at Cybertron.CA speculates that these might be "Voyager + Deluxe" packs - Optimus VS Bonecrusher, and Megatron VS Jazz. Thinking about it, that makes a whole lot of sense. Probably in the same vein as the Roadbuster VS Dirge and Springer VS Ratbat packs.
How long you been here, how long you been a Transformers fan? You've got to know that they won't make any new movie toys at this late stage until the second movie is about to be released next year.
major pass on all of these, I see no point to any of them. Megatron is maybe supposed to be like mid allspark enduced death scene, Prime ?? I can think of a way to explain that crappy color
Having finally exhausted their ENTIRE SUPPLY of that awful Allspark Neon Blue paint they slathered on anything and everything near the end of the movie run, Hasbro decided to sift through the dregs of their unwanted surplus material. There, they discovered a couple thousand leftover gallons of hideous puke-brown plastic, and, well...
WOW another repaint of Voyager Prime. I may get him because I missed him the first time around but I'm not sure.
Not won over... maybe the megs later on if I see it for clearance... but this isn't something to run out and buy...
Megs looks pretty cool. I was hoping to grab premium Voyager Megs, but never got the chance. Maybe I'll get this one instead. Prime makes me sad. They should have painted him like the FAB repaint. That would have been pretty awesome. Also would have been a good match for flaming Megatron.
Oh man! Fire Armour Megatron! They should have done up Prime in Ice Armour! I would also like to see Jungle Attack Prime, Battle Sound, Smash Blade Prime, Martial Arts Prime, Battle Armour Prime, Samurai Prime and finally Snake Hunter Optimus Prime would also be wicked sweet! Repaints aren't complete without these!!!

Megatron is very awesome, but I can't justify it when I'd have to also buy another final battle jazz. But that prime good flames in vehicle mode but in know way is it supperior to my much loved robovision prime. As some people will concur that own the best buy megatron this is'nt very exciting. I can easily pass on these. I mean it this time because there are far less redundant toys coming up.
man what is this crap? those are just bad. seriously, how are there people getting paid to come up with these ideas and who is getting paid to approve of them to sell them? these are just junk and look like a 2nd market knock off. no thought what so over put into these. if hasbro wants to milk the movie line even more, fine whatever, but at least put something into the paint scheme and make them interesting.
I agree with that completely. "Big lots" should have this store exclusive. Now if they bundled a different issue of reign of starscream with each pack and repainted the deluxe figures in a colorful deco. It could be a solid repaint set.
