From Yahoo: LOS ANGELES - Shia LaBeouf's hand was "crushed" in the wreck that flipped his truck last weekend, and he still runs the risk of infection and other complications after a four-hour surgery, his lawyer said Friday.

We know the accident wasn't his fault for one, and for two Bay's denied he was drunk. Pretty sure he hasn't been charged with DUI, which he would have been had he been drunk there. | |

A charge basically just means an accusation with the bonus of getting a mugshot, fingerprinted, locked up and/or released on bail. This is how & why charges are always added to or thrown out of lawsuits all the time. The problem nowadays is that thanks to the media skewing everything, a charge often DOES equate to mean a conviction according to public opinion. | |
