Maybe that's WHY whoever stole it was able to: it had been junked as not fit for sale?
The perfect haiku would have just two syllables: Airwolf.

We know from other recent previous repaints that the quality of painting sucks. And like I said this was the best out of a box of many... they come from the same production line as the ones that end up in package... and Hey how do I know that this wasnt a legit TF taken out of a damaged package and sold to atleast get some money for it after the production run was over. I'm not going to make the assumption that it was stolen from the factory... If it shouldnt be out is not a for sure test if it is stolen. Lots of toys end up in warehouses before their legit release. For all we know the manager of the plant may sell some damaged packages off that can not be sold by hasbro.

I'm sure the factory manager was handing them out as an incentive for good work. OF COURSE IT WAS STOLEN.
