But today I bought Voyager Optimus Prime in Edinburgh's Forbidden Planet, for £19.99

Its just a quick camera-phone pic as I don't have my camera at work, and the box won't be in 1 piece by the time I get home.
It's the Multi-Lingual box as per the usual European releases.

I'm surprised it's even a Euro box, but in my experience FP mostly just deal in imports, so presumably it's been brought in from the Continent. Vayager Prime's what, wave 3? I don't think he's due out officially for a while.

The store in London is owned by Forbidden Planet, and tends to be a bit more expensive.
The store in Edinburgh is Forbidden Planet International. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Forbidd...28bookstore%29 Quote:

The Edinburgh store doesn't tend to import things which are readily avaliable in the UK, so its just likely that they've got their orders in early. |

This is great news for me though, as the store in Cardiff is an International, so I may have to pay another visit soon. |
