Somebody's going to have to get the short end of the stick. And I don't think anyone can argue that Sunny and Prowl aren't more popular (i.e. more likely to sell) than "Octankor".
Maybe wave 2 will have a couple extra Tankors in there to replenish the stock... whereas Streaker and Prowl probably won't be seen again because of their imminent repaints. Quote:
