    They look awesome, especially Megs, but I don't want any of these, which is good for my wallet.

    Actually, three 'cons and four minicons vs five Autobots.

    The Box set has a Razorclaw minicon and Sideswipe is a 'bot turned 'con and has his own Minicon. Plus the 'cons have a definate size advantage with the two giant voyagers. And total control of the sky.

    Honestly, the idea to me is cool and some of those bots look great, but the only two I'd ever want are Starscream and Goldbug, and that's mainly because I don't have either of those molds and they both look great in their respective colors. But neither of them are things I'm going to kill myself over.

    Well I managed to get in on BBTS having Sideswipe and Blurr for $149, missed the Megatron/Rodimus though...

    I meant they are worth it...

    each of those limited edition meant to cover someone else's overhead cost....

    However to me, these SIDE story doesn't really attract me at all.... I meant these are worse than G1 's cuz' someone else making up more stories to juice us... I meant sometimes we have to say Enough is Enough... basically we fans should determine who we are by ourselves not by those people running a business.... so I chose not to whine at all..

    I was quick enough this year to get an Iacon Package with the 2008 set.

    I've been saving $700 in store credit from BBTS (unloaded some extra TF's and Batman stuff) just for this. I preordered Ricochet months ago when he briefly went up for $79. As soon as the Megs/Rodimus and the Sideswipe/Blurr set went up, I grabbed them. Killed about half of that store credit, but so worth it.

    that's an expensive week, man, congrats both ways!

    also, damn i'm unable to order online myself. :(  i'd be willing to split a megs/rod set with people who're more interested in megs, or pay full for people who can order on my behalf.

    I had to wait in line to buy these Thursday night from 8:30pm til 10:30pm, my legs felt like crunchy atrophy. Really wanted to get 'em that night so it'd be off my mind.

    So, uh, can anyone explain to me the particulars of Megatron's deco, such as it being a homage to another character I may not be familar with? If there are any - outside of an attempt to make him look 'heroic'?
