ok, that's a check on the platinum white pearl. but that interior, including more blue bits in bot mode, has me at a loss. not that i care, but why does a BT named arcee have magnus colors?

Paradron type?

Boy Takara-Tomy is really milking that mold.

 

Takara have only used the Honda S2000 for BT-12 Overdrive. They haven't released the hardtop version (Alternators Decepticharge) under the Binaltech line before. They did release the Alternators as a mail-away offer but it was the standard red box version. So 'technically' they havent used the hardtop version with headsculpt before.

It looks more like Legion from Kiss Pla. (Which to me is a good thing   )

oh fork me, that's right! i forgot that thing was an s2000. (do we even know its colors?) still, right now there's a giant autobot symbol there, so the rest of us are safe from that disturbing thought.

regardless, wtf is going on here? are there going to be two decos? we definitely have 2 different decos here.

 

You're probably right. It looks like it's going to be a dual deco release like BT-06, BT-08 and BT-15. Only this time both versions will share the same car deco (except for interior) but different bot mode colours.

Paradron is a planet from the G1 S3 episode Fight or Flee.

I was and still am a huge Go-Bots fan, but I've never liked THOSE Go-bots. I always hated their worthless arms and not-really-a-head.

I'd say these toys are still in the preliminary stages (Arcee and Convoy), and also to note that F2F does not have a separate preorder for each Arcee and "Paradron"

TakaraTomy (and Hasbro) has to milk the molds to make a decent profit. That's been stated from the initial start-up of the Binal Tech line as well as the Alternators line.

Does that make "Paradron any less odd? Nope  

 

So which one are we actually getting? Kinda hard to get exited when you do not know what you have pre-orderd!!

The pink is an easy pass for me, the blue i'll take, but if they made it purple, I would be a very happy camper using it as my Alternators Megatron.
