Guys, they aren't going to cast for parts they've already got nailed down, like Mikaela, Sam, etc.

And really, I wouldn't worry about the many human parts yet. Going by precedent, we'll probably see 5-7 humans for a substantial period of time, with the others having small parts, like Miles or Figueroa in the first movie. The vast majority of these parts don't scream "lots of screen time" to me...

These character descriptions sound so cliche'. The only good thing I see from this list is NASA shuttle....ASTROTRAIN? Yeah, maybe not, but Space choo choo in the sequel would rule.

Seriously, if Sam is learning life lessons on a basketball court I'm walking out of the theater.

 

We know MB likes stereotyping, its been in what... all of his films? Really though, there were no "blam!", "pow!", or "kzzzpackba's!" on this list. He may actually be trying here.

Personally, I think the only way to improve this is to bring Uwe Boll in on a consulting position. Maybe he can beat up all the MB critics.

 

That made me realize that Mr. Bay REALLY needs to put Warpath in the movie. It would have to be his favorite TF ever!

These descriptions sound like they're part of a bad fan-fic....written by a toddler.

 

I personally think the only Bay misinformation ploy was that there were going to be misinformation ploys. But that's just my opinion, we'll see soon enough.

 

Geez, that sounds even more weird then the leaked script treatment. President of Uganda? Simmons is dead? ERIC Witwicky? (why can't they use the names Spike or Buster, heck they could have called him even Daniel...?)

I'm sort of thinking that this is another of Bay's confusion plans... the first few leaked roles were real, and these are fake. Could be so...

 

Another set of rather disposable characters, but I am interested in the Simmons issue, and what's gonna happen in Uganda.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: WAY TOO MANY HUMAN CHARACTERS.

Talk about human-character-overdose! Hopefully all these flesh creatures will be squashed quickly and very early on in the movie.

EDIT: From the looks of this list, they might as well call it: "SMUG - THE MOVIE"

 

I love how this little tidbit of supposed facts about the new movie has (again) opened the floodgates of bitching about the movie and human characters. Typical. Forget that we don't even know if it's in any way remotely accurate, and forget also that the basketball scene appears to only be a scene in which extras would be required. Bitch bitch, whine whine, maybe all you "robots only" nerds can get it out of your system early on so the rest of us can actually enjoy the lead-in time to the sophomore effort of what has so far been a fantastic movie series.

 

I hope its bogus, but have a horrible feeling it is not. Why all those human characters, why wheres the Transformers, i thought the movie was called Transformers, not Humans who meet Transformers, i had high hope for this movie after the 1st was a bit f a liet down, i though that had to be like it to explain it to non transfans and was expecting the sequel to full on transformer on transformer action and cast. Im very disapointed
