They have more than just wave 1 in the display. Actually, now that I think about it, the Animated display is the only one that doesn't have any new products displayed in it. Both the Universe and Marvel TF displays have had new figures, or stand-ins for said figures. The closest thing to a new product displayed here is the Leader Megs in-packaging. Hasbro must be saving pretty much anything newer in Animated for Botcon (along, hopefully, with more new stuff for Universe and Marvel). Quote:

The thing from this that interests me most is the pictures of the deluxes on the bottom of the leader box.
That said though, I'm not too enthused to see the repaints hitting as early as wave 3 (new news to me that Oil Slick there is a Lockdown repaint, surprised I'm the first to mention that).  | |

The Voyager Skywarp and Thundercracker (TC hasn't been officially anounced, but has been rumored) could potentially be repaints, but at the very least will probably have new heads. Quote:
