His transformation is a definite throwback to G1, but if it ain't broke... My only complaint (and it feels like a nit-pick since it keeps with the G1 design) is how his robot mode feet aren't hidden in his alt mode, and they don't really mesh. The dinobots are the only bots I tend to keep in their alt modes, but for the animated releases, I think I want 2 of each mode for display purposes.
Also, I guess the sword doesn't stow anywhere in dino mode. |
