I mean - Transformers Animated Starscream didn't re-use any of G1 Starscream's lines, and he already has won his place in my memory with lines like the "Yes, yes, yes! Brilliant strategy, oh wise and great leader!" or "Solemn face, solemn face... " 
I mean, many of the G1 lines in the Bayformers movie last summer felt really... forced. Like the 'one shall stand...' especially since the following fight mostly happened off-screen.

Top three choices for me. The first one shows how he's cruel yet sarcastic as we all know what he'd be doing wouldn't pain him at all and the second two show his boundless ambition and show just how far he's willing to go, and just how vicious he's willing to be, to achieve his goals.
I dunno, a lot of the movie lines were pretty memorable for their characters. From Jazz's "what's crackin lil bitches" to Ratchet's "The boys pheromone levels indicate he wants to mate with the girl"(which also shows that TFs can smell stuff...while making perfect sense as to why and how  ) to Megatron's "If you're lucky I might keep you as a pet". But throwing in a G1 nod for the sake of the fans, like Megatron's "you failed me yet again Starscream" where it was done right, with Megatron in full view as he spoke, worked wonders as it fit with the character while showing the fans some love with a little easter egg. So having Starscream do the same, and having them do it right(as I agree the 'one shall stand etc' part was forced and possibly tacked on at the end) would be rather cool.
In the end, it's more about how they say it rather then what they say, as it's the delivery that makes something memorible. | The writers worked hard to get "fair compensation". Now I don't know about the rest of you but every time I got a raise it meant I was expected to perform at a higher level. Thatis what I expext from the writers this time around.
YES, I do want a nod to G1 and a few classic lines thrown in, BUT IN CONTEXT. "You failed me again starscream" to me was waisted in the first movie. I just didn't feel like it had any context, and would have served them better in the second with a return of megatron/galvatron. There were a lot of nods to the fans but the pure G1 lines were almost forced in.
Like a few before me have said, Take a page from TF Animated. They have done extremely well with giving a nod to the fans (I had to laugh when I saw Krimzeek in the soundwave episode). More importantly they have done it with style and without forcing it in.
The writers did a great job of making NEW catch phrases (like Jazz's and Ratchet's) and should focus more on making new quotes that fit each characters persona rather than an poorly placed verbatum quote from G1.
Even though it was a great movie, Seems to me like there were a lot of people involved in the first movie that just didn't get TF from a fan standpoint, It's nice to see that this time they are paying a little bit more attention to us. It's too bad screamer had to become a big monkey before it happened, I don't mind the rest of the redesigns but I think Starscream got ripped off. I always saw him as some kind of pretencious princely type, jaded and spoiled with a chip on his shoulder, just doesn't fit with the new body. | |

1) Any line where Starscream nominates himself new leader. Which would work great, 'cause Megatron will be gone at least during the opening acts of the new movie.
2) "Megatron, is that you?" when Megatron returns. I'm pretty sure by that time Megatron would have a new alt mode, so he'll look different.

I'd say some variation of "Megatron has fallen, I am you new leader!" is the most likely or "Pathetic fool, there's no escape!"
One I always liked that has yet to be mentioned:
Loyal soldier (Shockwave): I serve only Megatron!
Starscream: Then go back to Earth and die with Megatron!
