I would have LOVED my own G1 fusion cannon arm blaster as a kid. This is fail, the barrel points back at the kid's face!

I don't know why, but I actually want that Megatron arm blaster. I might get it or the Prime one for my cousin, and probably some of the smaller TF's from this line (introduce him to Transformers basically). Those pics of Bulkhead are hilarious. It's interesting to see all the different ways they can mistransform them.

 

Why is it that the official images of figures are almost NEVER transformed right, not to mention using the absolute worst possibly lighting and angles?

You'd think they'd try their best to make the pictures more appealing so people would have more insentive to buy the product. Hell, I've seen member photos that are 100x better looking than the official photos. Maybe Hasbro should hire some peeps from here to take their photos instead.

Benson Yee would be at the top of my list for awesome figure photos.

 

I always wanted toy blasters (ala Star Wars blasters) made from the Transformer's main weapons. Prime's Rifle, Megatron's Cannon, Starscream's Nullrays, etc... all with electronic lights and sounds. tell me those wouldn't sell.

Did I mention Grimlock's Sword too? That'd also rock.

Wait, are you referring to the G1/movie-ish Prime truck blaster that's out now or is there an actual animated version that's in the works?

 

As Tim Formas' post mentioned, these are marked for European release, so these photos are probably by Hasbro Europe, who are well known for not understand how these new-fangled Transformer things they've been selling for 24 years work.

Hasbro Europe are amongst the worst Hasbro divisions at transforming Transformers.

But those were official stock photos of Leader Bulkhead. Toyfare's article used the same stock photos that Hasbro provided during Toy Fair 2008, and fortunately will likely be the photos they will use on the packaging.
