I was enjoying the two top rated shows on TV...

American Idol and American Idol: Results Show!

But I think this is a better contract. I mean 20 years ago, the concept of medium besides TV wasn't even reality. I think ti is reasonable that all contracts acknowledge the change of media int he future and are willing to flex to it. I mean these people still have to make a successful product and if it is successful then there is enough moola to go around.

The network will feature content from Hasbro's rich portfolio of entertainment and educational properties, and content from Discovery's extensive library of award-winning children's educational programming, as well as programming from third-party producers.

There will be no "Transformers: Buckets of Blood".

I don't really care for the writers strike. If it were me I would have said hire new writers....I don't believe in strikes..if you don't like how much you make then you should have bargained a better deal when you where hired....if you didn't thats your fault.

So, Railguard, then you don't believe in any workers getting raises? The ceos are always giving themselves raises. Why can't the people who actually MAKE the stuff get raises? The cost of living is constantly going up.

I'm for the workers getting paid well. I'm actually unhappy that the strike is over because I heard that the writers settled. I guess it's shocking that the greedy corporate budged an inch at all, though.

Now, I guess all everyone will care about is the writers/wage slaves getting back to writing the shows that will make the bigwigs even richer. *Sigh*
