Why? You might have wanted that but could you really have seen Hasbro themselves doing that?

Ramjet looks a whole lot better than Starscream ever did - Starscream was boring and dull. Ramjet gives the mold some much needed life.

    Way to go, Hasbro!

Excellent repaints. I wasn't going to get FAB repaints, but these pics have changed my mind.

The Jazz and Starscream FAB molds look so alive in Smokescreen and Ramjet colors ... it's great the wonders some new colors can do on not so great molds.

The Optimus, I have no idea why I like it. It's just too red, but I like it. I may get it.

The only one I'm considering passing on is Ironhide, but I may change my mind once I see it in person.

That's why I like the Prime! Figures. :p

You can't mean that Ramjet and Optimus Prime are hideous. They look great, especially in vehicle mode. Ironhide just looks dull though but far from hideous.

Damn irony. If Ramjet was just a repaint of Voyager Starscream, I'd pick it up in a heartbeat. But Hasbro has to go and screw everything by making Ramjet a repaint of FAB Starscream.

Looks like I'll be staying away from the FAB more.

Never touched the FAB Starscream mold and I'm not going to disagree with you that he won't be a brick - but Ramjet there really puts the original color scheme to shame even more so now.

I can look past the brickiness of a mold if it has a cool color scheme but the original FAB Starscream had nothing going for it at all.

I like them, mainly because I didn't buy any other FAB figures, but between Ramjet, Smokescreen, and Desert Assult Brawl (who I'm calling Demolisher), The repaint FABs are more interesting to me than the originals. Just wondering. How big are these? around Deluxe sized?

Jazz and Bumblebee are larger than their regular deluxe toys.

I don't really care for the FAB line but bought Frenzy for the transformation. Ramjet and Smokescreen on the other hand are very interesting and I will buy them when I see them. Even Ironhide and Prime look good but unless I have an extra $20 or they look better in person I will probably pass on them. Now bring on Dirge and Thrust.

Yay, Ramjet! Though I'm surprised they didn't go with Skywarp first. Here's hoping we'll see a voyager "allspark power" Skywarp repaint.
