If the bot mode of the movie Arcee toy looked more like the art on that page it would be a completely awesome looking fig, but as it is I still don't like the mold. I was actually excited for a few moments before my brain kicked in and said "artwork not toy." Oh well its fun to dream...

Cool info...I'd be interested in seeing the color differences in the Japanese Classics, but I doubt I'll get them since I'm perfectly happy with the Hasbro versions, and I have two of each of those already. Megatron would be tempting if it was an awesome silver like Cybertron Galvatron though...

Trans-scanning BB looks....uhm....retarded. Piece former FTL.

Hrm? It looks almost exactly like that artwork. In fact I'd say its one of the most accurate movie figures period.

Body-wise I agree with you that Arcee is pretty accurate, but I probably should have been a bit clearer. The head (I didn't want to bring up a dead horse) is still likely going to be as fugly on the black toy as it is on the original. I actually like the face/head in the art and certainly wouldn't mind seeing that design in the sequel, but no matter how many pics I look at the differences in the toy feel off to me and the way it is colored my eye always looks right there. Oh well. To each his own, maybe the paint on the face for the new fig will change my mind (once we actually see it).
