I don't think anybody knows exactly why there were so many of those sets, but those aren't even representative of the normal GNs, which did include their proper parts (but not individual weapons or Targetmaster stands).
Test shots of Piranhaking from the days when it would be released in Energon or Universe include everything. I doubt that his TFCC incarnation would be any different.

Still doesn't explain the missing combiner-bits, and it could have been a cover-story, but who knows | |

And I also hope for any and all Classics Elita-One news soon. They'll probably release both as club exclusives for 2008, since they seem to be going for an ultra and deluxe duo for the exclusives (like Astrotrain and Airrazor for 2007.) Well, I hope so, anyways.
