Go to http://www.bwtf.com/timelines/descent/chromia/ and click on the last link, it'll show you a picture of a bunch of regular Arcee repaints with the BotCon exclusives.
The differences are pretty subtle, so that if you didn't see the two side-by-side, it's pretty easy to think that one is the other. But the people in charge of BotCon are very particular about their figures remaining "exclusive", and it wouldn't surprise me if those head molds were destroyed after all of the exclusives were produced that year.
