I want Bay & Spielberg back, but I once again want them surrounded by producers and writers who grew up with the material so that they can balance them out. I think without Desanto, Orci, Kurtzman, & Murphy — Spielberg & Bay would have taken things too far; but without Bay & Spielberg, I don't think things would have been taken far enough. If that makes sense  |

News Credits: 4 | Off topic - I find it amusing there will be a big-budget Star Trek movie, since the previous ones, by scifi-action standards were fairly low budget. Of course, decades of maintaining a high standard on tv means they made Trek look more than it actually cost. |
