Or, in more detail, most KBs are in high-rent malls, and have to jack up their prices to cover rent. In the meantime, the grandmas and aunts wandering the mall have no idea that a deluxe movie toy should only be $9.99, so they fork over the $12.99 for it. Since they've been getting away with this since I was a kid, they see no reason to stop now.  | |
