I stopped by a K-Mart store today (K-mart in Burbank, CA) and found their exclusive Bumblebee Unleashed w/ comic in stock. There were 3 but only 1 in good condition  . He retails for $21.99. Happy hunting for those that want one.  The "I LOVE KATE NASH" Foundation!! #1

I don't know if it had a comic book pack-in though. I didn't look that closely. I think they had maybe three of them. | |

The regular ones I've seen look more orangish... not to my liking.

I saw this exact version of Bumblebee at my local Walmart just 2 days ago, comic book and all.
