Also, IIRC softer plastic doesn't take metallic paint very well, but for MP Starscream to pass U.S safety standards, the nosecone would have to be made out of softer plastic.
The null rays would also have to be softer plastic to pass U.S. safety standards, meaning the black paint on the tips wouldn't stick too well. |
