G1: Rumble, Sideswipe, Blaster, Ironhide, Skywarp, Jetfire, Shockwave, Jazz, Starscream, Grapple, Laserbeak

movie: Megatron, Bonecrusher, Optimus Prime, Scorponok.

major props to Ironhide's melee weapon (a traffic light) and Laserbeak's base being a giant disembodied Soundwave arm.

Where's Frenzy? Rumble's there, but Frenzy is absent.

LOL! I just noticed we have Rumble in blue for this line, but we just got red and back for the Alternator... and apparently we get to take the Decepticon off the name now. Still, this is going to drive the Rumble/Frenzy people nuts, I cant wait.

Damn it, you're right. I didn't read the name on the base. I fall into the Frenzy is blue side of the argument, and since they got the Alternator right I assumed they'd do the same here. Whoops, my bad.

Sideswipe, jet mode Skywarp, Blaster with toyish (rather than cartoonish) face, War Within Jetfire, Ironhide laying the smack down with a stoplight, Grapple -- GRAPPLE f'r Primus's sake -- waiting to deck someone with his crane, and PILE-DRIVER-USIN' (blue) RUMBLE?!

Damn this line for being blind-packed.

The movie figures -- especially Megs -- look pretty smokin', too.

Awesome ideas, great variety.
Damn shame the proportions are so off and goofy.

And for being blind boxed, I just can't take the chance with the budget being so tight this season.

So are these Series THREE, then? We haven't even seen Series 2 out in stores yet...

Anyways, some very nice choices-- a good mix of the obvious with some complete surprises. SHOCKWAVE, EEE!!! I'm surprised they aren't doing more of the movie TF attacktix, though I can already tell that that big double-blastin' Megatron is going to be pretty darned powerful.

I think putting Laserbeak on a disembodied Soundwave's arm is kinda lame, though. So the arm just hovers around with him, or what? Kinda weird...
