They're just the the Hasbro Legends class figures packed in boxes with candy.

And after comparing them with all the pictures we have of the Hasbro Legends class movie figures, it appears they sport exactly the same paint applications as well.

Although, I do wonder if the candy toy versions of these will be more like already-painted model kits
(think back to the galaxy force minicon candy toys of the recon minicons and vector prime's minicon)
that have to be built or just Legends figures in a box with candy.
WANTED: The Rooster Hat from Scribblenauts(Special Pre-Order item).
*IF anyone's EB Games/Gamestops have leftover hats that no one picked up & can get me 2-(even if you must buy the game twice) then PM me ASAP!

These seem to be the Japanese versions of the first wave of the Movie Legends being released in the west, along with individual releases of the Legends Optimus Prime and Megatron. Not bad.
