oh I really like the subtlety of the faction symbols, the way they've been incorporated into Barricade, Prime, Ironhide and Ratchet's alt mode, the way they're worked into the bot modes with being big and garish.

I didnt think I would like the movie prime this much but that is just the most perfect version of him that could have ever been I hope it looks like that or better in motion

If that's happening with FF2, then I can only be afraid about SM3 not being substantially better than the first two ones (which were good and fun movies, but nowhere near "perfect adaptations" as I hoped for)

Well, Johnny Storm seems to still be as cool as the 1st and Silver Surfer looks old school and solid but Galactus... man, if Storm/Hale Berry can kick your ass, you're no Galactus.

SM3 marketing is doing a miserable job, it's more like; lets take all the surprise out of the movie with spoilers every other quick cut of the trailers.

 

Oh... may be Movie Galactus needs an interview in EW like Prime. Better talk to your agent Galactus!  

I agree. I had hoped they didn't show Venom at all in the trailers/TV spots.

I think part of the reason for the acceptance at this point is for 2 reasons

1. Like with Beast Machines, fans are generally just either getting used to 'em or that the aesthetic itself has grown on 'em
   
2. They realize that at this point nothing's going to change since the movie's like 2.5 months away. So it's either accept and move on or continue ranting. And most seem to be accepting and moving on

 

Is this CGI?? it doesn't look like it at all. I am wondering if this is the full size prop used in the film. If you compare this pic to some CGI shots I see a big difference. if this is the full size bot it looks cooler than anything i have ever seen!

 

I don't think there is a full-sized practical PRIME. As far as I know, it's just really good CGI.
