Two new Beast Wars reissues announced!

    rakuten.co.jp is reporting that two new Beast Wars reissues have been announced - Gimlet aka Sea Clamp and Motorarm aka Ram Horn, both from Beast Wars Second, and two thirds of the Tripledacus (Tripredacus) gestalt. They're set for a release in August.

    Although not confirmed, I'd imagine DJ (aka Cicadacon) will be following on right behind them to complete the combiner.

    Interesting they are going to release them seperately...I would have loved to see a giftpack release.

    Other than sharing the same mold, Tripledacus and Tripredacus along with their component parts are not related in anyway, so I find its kinda misleading to say things like Gimlet is also known as Sea Clamp...

    This is good news. I will have to get these, because Iwant to get the Beast Wars combiners, even if they are not the best.

    Awesome news! I actually wanted Tripledachus rather than Tripredacus because I thought the colors looked better...so I'll definitely be looking forward to these, and hope they re-release DJ as well!

    Still excited about these 2 releases as the JPN versions looked a lot better than their U.S. versions.

    Have they planned rereleases of the original Rattrap, Quickstrike, and Terrasaur yet? Because those are the only reissues I'd really want...

    They were on a TV show, just not US. Beast wars. But I do see hwta you're saying. I'd really like to see some more Beast wars 1 show characters myself. I still need to snag a reissue Blackarachnia...
