TFW2005 Exclusive: Target Exclusive Robo-Vision Optimus Prime

TFW2005 has received an exclusive look at an upcoming Target Exclusive verion of Movie Optimus Prime. According to Tom Collins, this is a Target Exclusive version of Movie Optimus Prime, called Robo-Vision Optimus Prime, that comes with a metallic finish and more flame paint apps. Tom couldn't elaborate on what Robo-Vision is at this time. He said he was pretty sure it would be a limited item though. This figure will be in stores at the same time as other movie figures.

Sweet. Maybe Robo-vision just means that it's painted more to look like the Movie character than the reg. toy.

I guess this could mean that the darker blue test shot with less flames and no silver paint is the regular release and the lighter blue test shot with the silver paint and flames on the legs is this robo-vision limited edition version.

Check out the bottom-lefthand corner of the box! Decoder? What is this? 80's cereal?!

On the side of the box, it says that there's a "RoboVision Decoder" included. Maybe something similar to that red transparent piece of plastic you needed to see the tech specs on the G1 figures?

Sweet, beautiful chrome finish. It's a shame he's not the leader-class (I like him better). By the way, who the heck asked for more flames?
