Collection Count: Between myself and my brother, around 500 and counting News Credits: 15 | This version of 'Screamer fully-painted and stuff looks better than the early test shots that were on eBay for a while. 
The final version of the head is what does the trick. The absence of the neon-pink eyes/mouth/faceblob make him look better, too.
As long as the voice is good and the personality is good, this'll definitely pass for good old Starscream. Blackout was going to be my favorite movie Decepticon, but Starscream might just take his place...
I'll definitely be getting this as soon as it hits shelves.
