To be specific, that is a frozen Megatron. If you read the script, you'll know where that takes place.

I wish I could be frozen and only taken out when this movie, has left theaters, dvd has been discounted & forgotten and has finished its run on broadcast television.

Hopefully that will be by June 2008!

The set looks cool. You can definitely tell what is going on with Megs there. It's impressive they are buildling as many TF animatroincs as they are (I'm not sure if this is one of the static ones or if it'll actually move - I forget!). I'm going to be interested to see how well the total CGI and the set built Transformers mesh together. With ILM on it.. I bet it'll be flawless
