Looks very very nice. Is it just me or does the head seem slightly more G1 then the other leaked designs?

 

Nice cover !! Clearly his head resembles more like the G1 prime.

 

Well the movie people did say that the looks would be evolving somewhat. So Prime's head looking like that doesn't surprise me

Anyone notice the front of the truck on the chest?

 

First thing I noticed were the fenders on his chest. I'm digging this guy. I prefer it when you can look at a TF in bot mode and still recognize the components of his alt mode. I am totally ready for this movie NOW!

 

While drooling at Prime's bot mode, it makes me wonder will all the other TFs like Jazz & Rachet, have their alt components sticking out ? Look at Barricade, he has tyres at the back of his hands, so awesome.

neatoroonie, this looks way better, even though it is mostly silhouetted.

 

I love the new head.

I must say I liked it more without the grill so dominant up front. But I still like the design.

with another look this design is BAD A with those headlights shining especially.

I am also curious to see what the fans, who thought the film people were just blowing smoke when they said the designs were not final, will say now. Because that design deffinatly hits at what some of the fans wanted that wasnt there before.

 

Prime looks awesome. The abdomen area is a little weird now compared to the early renders, but the early renders didn't really look like actual truck parts or have any depth to them. The windshield is more prominent, the fenders stick out, and the doors are larger and seem to now be lacking the funky bendy metal folding that the leaks showed. Now it instantly looks like the front of a semi.

It also looks like they centered his eyes a bit more between his mouthguard and brow. The leaked images always had his eyes too low and far apart, or too high and close.. depending on which parts you believed were the eyes. The whole head looks better now, wider somehow. The whole thing looks bulkier even though his arms are slimmer than before, and yet his arm kibble is larger.

 

WOW! Now THAT"S an Optimus Prime! However, don't expect his "non-battle" face to keep that look. Now I want a nice clear pic of Blackout and I'll be totally "primed" (excuse the pun) for this movie.

 

Fantastic - he looks much better now with the new head and the little redesign to his torso, and I already liked him.

 

............Okay now that is just freakin sweet. I can get used to that peice sticking out and thank gon they made the wind shileds more noticable on the chest. The head also looks sweet as well. I wonder if this is from him after transforming or before. Also since he's in battle mode it might expain the front of the truck sticking out of his body. *Prays Starscream and Megatron get similar changes.*

Pretty much everything about that image has been tweaked compared to the ones we have seen up to this point. Lots of parts are bigger, some smaller, some widened, and even the flames are improved. Much more red on Prime this time.
