MP-05 Masterpiece Megatron will be released March 2007. Price will be the same as MP-03. No word as of yet as to the alt mode.
Thanks to Kooltoyz.ca for the news yesterday at the Canadian 80s Toy Expo.
The show features dealers selling Super Heroes (Marvel, DC etc), Transformers (vintage and Japanese imports), Star Wars (new and vintage), GIJoe (vintage and modern), Wrestling, Masters of the Universe and tons of other Action Figures and collectibles. The 7th Annual Canadian Action Figure Expo is Saturday, October 9th, 2010 at the Delta Meadowvale Resort and Conference Centre in Mississauga, Ontario. FREE PARKING!

Well, could be good and could be bad. Too early to tell yet to be honest, but hopefully they'll do him as his G2 tank form that TFs into a G1ish robot mode. Keep the gunmetal silver and black color scheme from G1 and you could have a nice "Masterpiece" figure. If they try to get to "realistic" with it... you'll end up with a glorified G2 toy... minus the purple.
