Wow! That "gameboy" makes an awesome soundwave as a PSP. If it's more of a PSP, then the games or umds can be like his new cassettes. The other bots looks decent, I look forward to colored photos next week at botcon.

You know, I wouldn't be surprised if these guys turned out to be Spyglass, Spectro, and Viewfind -- the three robots that made up Reflector. The camera is obvious, phones can come with cameras, and I think Gameboys have a camera attachment you can add to it or it could be used a playback system.

These do look awesome nonetheless though.

Hmm, whatever they are they're nice. I'm not sure if they're Movie bots since the aesthetic seems wrong. They seem too blocky for that, unless that is how they're meant to be.
I'll get them whatever happens though.

Camera-bot and PSP-bot are cool, but phone-bot is a Cyclops!

OMG!! The three gadget bots kick major ass!!

Love the PSP bot.. It rocks.

    Camera bot is even cooler!

Phone bot is ok. Not as great as the others but cool.

Classics is not the name of the line. The line is Robots in Disguise. Classic characters in that line are simply recognized as "classic" on the side panel. The line itself is not "Classics". Anything can go in that line and probably will. Think Robot Masters or TFU with mostly new (awesome)molds.

The little roleplay bots are most likely movie basics.

    SPOILER

In the script, little guys like these are created when the Energon Cube falls and zaps nearby technology, causing a Target store to turn on it's shoppers. Among the items in the electonics department that come to life are these guys. There is also a plasma tv and an Xbox 360 in the film that transform.

You better get used to it, because everyone and their mother will call them Classics. Calling them RID would jsut cause a whole lot of confusion.

See, I figured that was just a tag line. Like "More...Much More Than Meets the Eye" on some of the G1 packaging. It was still just Transformers, but you were buying a toy that was more than meets the eye. Now, I'm buying a Transformers Classic that happens to be a robot in disguise.

I remember Aaron Archer saying at SDCC that he wanted to push Transformers into new forms. We have had plenty of beasts and vehicles. He wanted to continue the play pattern, but build a world where anything could be a robot in disguise.

Generation 1 toys were just called Transformers when it was new, now everyone refers to the first line as G1. It will be the same with Classics. (which is a bit better than the first name we were calling the line at last year's Botcon... Transformers Neo)

They all look good!!! I'm guessing more Reflector in the Classics series, but it's about darn time a Video Game System is made into a Transformer!!! Maybe they can make UMDs that pop out of him!!!
