Just found this guy in a Walgreens in Hollywood, CA. Rings up for $19.99. Happy hunting!

Edit: Price tag is for a different assortment.

Title is misleading. Highbrow isn't exclusive to Walgreens. (The exclusive everyone is waiting for is Brainstorm.) Highbrow is part of the second mass retail wave along with Chromedome, Mindwipe and Wolfwire.

This is the first US retail sighting for Highbrow, though. I also see Chromedome behind him in the photo, so the actual news here is that wave 2 of the Titans Return Deluxes is out at US retail. Just not the Walgreens exclusive figure. :)

Damn those flying Headmasters and the way they confuse me! Can a mod please change "Walgreens" to "Wave 2 Deluxes" - my apologies for my confusion.

It's weird how these are hitting retail stores, yet none of the toy etailers have a single one of them up for even preorder yet. *boggle*

I better not go to Walgreens, I would be temped, even at the inflated prices.

Hot damn, I wasn't expecting that! I can't wait to get Highbrow in hand, he was my first Headmaster back in the day. It won't be long and I'll have all 7 regular Headmasters represented and I can't wait.

I'd be happy with those prices. Here in Germany, Deluxes went up from 20 Euros (about $22.65 USD) to 30 Euros (about §33.97 USD).

They are dated for September 1st. All of the E-Tailers have them in stock as we speak and wholesale accounts have been getting filled and those being sold by third parties early. These figures have been in stock now for about a week in their warehouses.

They will just pop into stock on the 1st like Computron did everywhere on the 15th sans the E-Tailers who sold him early. This is a direct memo from Hasbro on Wave 2.

Yes a popular seller sold Computron early and got a letter from Hasbro. Not going to say who. But this has happened to several E-Tailers already some with the name SOURCE in the Title For wave 2 LOL

Not sure why Hasbro wants more control over releases. But they have been putting dates on stuff for the last few months with the Combiner Wars Box Sets , Groove Deluxe , and now these Titans Returns Wave 2.

Why is Hasbro bothering with Street Dates? It's not like they are promoting these figures in any way.

True, but TF-Direct had (has?) them up as in stock (without package) a few weeks ago.

    Got mine yesterday.
