I'm liking what I'm seeing so far. Why does Starscream look like Wheeljack's Armada Minicon?

Prime and Blackout are absolutely beautiful. I'm not digging Starscream. Shoulda called him Dreadwing.

What I'm really hoping for most of these guys are that they are in their Cybertron forms, and that in the later movies, they would morph more to the designs that we all know and love

 

Toy pics and movie (robot) cast info on the same day. I think the new server is gonna get it's trial by fire.

 

Im just not feeling the feet...but like what you guys say about ugly chicks applies here: as long as the shoot from the knees up I won't vomit.

 

However, they still are prototypes so I'm just gonna have to wait and see...

 

These are pretty crazy looking man, i cant believe they've actually done it. The transformation looks pretty complex actually might have to use instruction on these guys. This is totally nuts, i am at wow right now.

 

Yep. Just as I feared. Each and every design, save Skorponok, looks like ass. Great job, design team.

 

I think I just peed a little. Those look pretty sweet. Looks like that "proposed" Starscream image from a while back wasn't just a concept  

 

HOLY SHIT.

Those are totally sweet. I LOVE THAT BLACKOUT TOY AND WANT IT NOW. That is such an amazing design. WANT WANT WANT. Look at all that firepower he's packing. Damn, he'll be the first transformer we see in action and I cannot wait to watch him go apeshit all over that military base.

Starscream, although not very G1-esque, still looks totally hot to the max.

Scorponok is fairly generic and I don't really care much about, he's probably got the smallest TF role in the whole film from what I can gather. What I want to know is will we get a Blackout toy that has a detachable Scorponok like it should?

As for Optimus, that bot is very Prime like. He will smack some Decepticon bitches up.

 

Ugly. I do not like them, Sam-I-Am. It seems as if the people doing the movie accidently picked up some of those God-awful Transtech design sketches and went from there. I am deeply saddened.

Maybe a miracle will happen and they will use the Classics designs instead.

My interest level has just dropped by like an octillion points.

I don't think Scorponok transforms - my impression is that he's a drone bot.

 

Dude, these suck. How the hell do any of you think Blackout is cool? All they've done is cracked a helicopter in half. Hell, they've even left the whole top portion still transformed as one solid block. Sweet, articulated finger, but the damn thing is going to be one hunk of upright solid plastic.

I can't really see enough of Optimus to make an analysis.

The first figure that's there is bizarre. I'm not really sure. To me all of the designs I've seen make them to look like Lego Bionicles.

 

Why does everyone keep saying that? With the possible exception of the lower half of Megatron, every pic we've seen today has been a TF in it's earth form, whether we've seen them in bot or vehicle mode.
