Hmm I might have to this up! Tired of having it sit on the DVR and taking up space.

With the risk of being a complete asshole, Livio's cover artwork has actually put me off buying certain TF items. It's a shame.

Oh good. It's a new master from the original 35mm print. Hopefully they'll preserve the original 4:3 ratio and not over-saturate the color tones like the Sony release did.

I prefer it in widescreen since that is how it was shown in theaters as that is how it was meant to be seen. Either way, I'll be buying it and I will love it!!!

That cover art leaves much to be desired.

And maybe it's just me, but I've never got where it became popular as to depicting Optimus holding the Matrix like that for the marketing since he never actually does that in the movie.

It was shown in the theaters as 4:3.

When Megatron and Galvatron appear at the same time, you know the person who drew this hasn't actually seen the film.

Interesting because my Alamo Drafthouse last year showed us a 35mm print and it was in widescreen.

Why didn't they just go with the original? Or the beautiful Japanese movie poster?
