If it moves, it must be Groove. And in May Deluxe Groove is hitting retailers.

But still no word on what retailers or if any big names will be there. Hopefully this foreshadows a wider release than what we've seen already.

 

I hope so; I'm a bit surprised that at Groove has sold out at inflated prices. I hope I can at least get one cheap off of Target or something or there's a restock everywhere.

Hasbro could really learn something from the way Takara's TFYuki does social media ~ it's friendly, timely, fun and doesn't feel corporate (every once in a while Hasbro does a good one, but way to often it feels filtered through a marketing department which always feels inherently "fake" or insincere to me)

All he does is pretty much just puts up pictures on Twitter, but i end up slobbering over the products because of it (i mean, that transforming sequence picture of Blurr... c'mon!!!)

...but when you post your big "May Mayhem" news the last week of May, after the "May Mayhem" coupon at your OWN online outlet has expired, with no real info of when or where the product will be widely available, you just really, really need to step up your game.

 

You think one of America's leading toy companies needs to take lessons from its Japanese partner that's been struggling with the brand in a cluttered market for years?

 

That doesn't mean Takara's doing anything wrong on the social media side of things.

I've never been able to stand the smell of Cheezits since my daughter barfed them up all over the backseat of my car. Whenever I smell someone else eating them, I feel nauseous.

^ It made me laugh because I have a little girl and I can totally and unfortunately relate to that. I have no idea how some people with kids keep the backs of their cars looking clean because after a few years of vomit, diarrhea, dirty shoes, spilled drinks and food fingers mine looks like a murder happened there.

I mean, I don't have kids but can really relate to my parents raising me.
