The release date has to be way off too. I would expect him to show up around August not October.

I just noticed Victorion is in stock by Hasbro for $128.88 free shipping.

How about, instead of just raining on nstanosheck's parade, you could try and be a little more helpful?

Hey nstanosheck, let me explain something to you in case you aren't aware:

Amazon isn't just an online retailer, it's also a platform for third-party sellers. There are so-called "FBA" ("Fulfillment by Amazon") items (which are stored in Amazon warehouses and shipped from there to private buyers) but are still sold on behalf of private sellers (or small businesses). And then there are "marketplace" items which are sold and shipped by private sellers (or small businesses) using Amazon as a selling platform similar to eBay, without ever having seen the inside of an Amazon warehouse.

Sometimes those third-party sellers offer an item on Amazon before an actual Amazon listing goes up, often with release dates that are pure conjecture, and prices that severely exceed the MSRP. The majority of users here consider those third-party Amazon listings in the same category as single eBay listings.

So while some people may still find those useful because, after all, a purchase option is still a purchase option, it's generally not considered nearly as big a deal as an actual "ships from and sold by Amazon" listing.
