For a moment I was expecting a PE set featuring Armada Cyclonus as a core figure. Set looks cool, might pick it up if it's at a decent price when it comes out.
I want Hasbro to release a slightly different deco of Cyclonus to mass market and call it "Cyclonus' Armada".
I'm disappointed that it's not. I could go for a new Armada Cyclonus. Same. Or they do a Dirgeclonus or use Armada Cyclonus's deco.

As is often the case, there appears to be no specific release date for this type of product. It's currently available in Singapore and Hong Kong, and available from online retailers based there (such as TFW2005 sponsor Robot Kingdom). It's also available from US-based online retailer ScrambleCore and will presumably be made available via Toys"R"Us in the UK soon. Aside from that, there have been some retailers in various markets that presumably got their stock from Asia. But neither have you missed a "full scale" release in the US, nor has a specific release date for US-based venues been announced.
