Oh dear, that doesn't sound good.

Wow, Cancer's name is right there with Shockwaves, can't believe I missed that. Derp.

Just to avoid confusion, Cancer is Squeezeplay/Crashbash's identical Super God Masterforce counterpart.

Thanks for clearing that up, even though I knew that. :)  So this is probably just his japanese release.

I'm wondering if the gap in the underside of Shockwave's rear forms some form of seat for the Titanmaster?

No sign of Titanmaster transforming weapons for Blurr/Scourge, remind me were they priced the same as Hardhead/Skullcruncher?

Nope, Skullcruncher and Hardhead are 4000¥ before discounts and shipping, Blurr and Scourge are 3200¥.

Ta! So Skullcruncher and Hardhead are the only ones with Titanmasters ...... so far.

Have we seen a price for the unnamed character?

Hmmm.... It appears that Galvatron is LG23 and that Shockwave is LG24 so what are the odds that Shockwave is Voyager class retool of Galvatron...? :inquisiti

Lets see..... remove the cannon in the front......extend the legs and tuck away those arms...flip it in reverse so the legs are now the barrel of the gun... and I can see this:

And we know they're going to retool Galvatron's mold into something anyway so what do you guys think?

I'm wondering about the likelihood of a possible third-party non transforming Scourge head being made. That Scourge -body- is astounding. That big blocky head just does not feel appropriate for that character.

I agree about Scourge's Titanmaster head. But it also bugs me the "wings" don't flare out to the sides. However I do like the alt mode better and he does have a "G1 toy look" in robot mode.

Blurr on the other hand is a must buy. I like the more show accurate alt mode and he looks sleeker in robot mode vs the Generations version.

I'm more than happy with Scourge as is, though I'll most likely get the domestic version of him and Blurr.

Don't get me wrong, it's still a good looking figure. I'm just not a huge fan of the headsculpt.

Why prototypes? There is no difference in the molds, isn't there?

I get the joke, but... you guys do realize that CANCER is an astrological sign for the CRAB, right? As in, the sign probably preceded the disease, making it highly ignorant to assume Cancer references a life-threatening illness (especially when looking at the context).

You made a joke, so I'll make a black observation: how sad is it that "Cancer" elicits such images of death and suffering, rather than astrological fun and imagination?
It's a good idea; maybe it'll happen down the line... but this Skockwave is definitely the LEGENDS release - you can tell from the low pricing. Sorry.

I'm not even all that interested in another Legends Shockwave, but I'm gonna want that Cancer head! :)  I wonder if Takara will ever do a head collection multi-pack or something? That would be fun... they could do a set of rare heads, too (not just re-release ones that have come in these multipacks). But mostly, I'm hoping someone makes the HM Jrs. It's a little obnoxious to have a Cancer head but no Squeezeplay monster to put it on. I keep thinking, "The hell am I going to put it? On Hardhead's body??? On Chromedome???"

Either Takara releases some limited edition of these guys, or a 3P makes the money and does it first. I'd hope Takara would be savvy enough to make their own HM Jr's, but one never really knows, right? :lol

In fact all the heads packed with Legends are taken from the western Titanmaster size

Um... zero. There's already a picture of Legends class Shockwave under the LG-24 heading.
