    So we've got:
A new Computron specific head. maybe new chest detailing. And unique guns for at least one of the members to go on Computron's thighs.
Afterburner confirming the one in the CW set will likely have some nice retooling by default.
Nosecone who may have had his turret altered exponentially.
Strafe, who may be a retool of Blast Off rather than Air Raid.
And we've got Lightspeed, who may be retooled even further or even a new mold considering he's able to act as a leg alongside the tank mold without said tank's feet being folded back.

Ok dangit, now it will get hard. New head, new gun, maybe a new drill, and it does look like Lightspeed is a version of the Breakdown mold. And here's hoping Afterburner won't have the green canopy.

On the other hand, regular HFG parts and no Scrounge. :(

    I don't want two!

Seems like they're doing more than just 1 new limb to differentiate their version from Hasbro. Quite a bit... at least 2 different limbs plus retools :thumb

I agree: new combiner head, re-arranged parts on limbs, updated Nosecone with big drill bit, Strafe might be re-tool of Blastoff, no Scrounge, lacking new HFGs. Can't believe TT dropped the ball in some areas.

Hasbro's new hands and feet are gonna sell me. Really hoping there could still possibly be a change.

    Computicon!

I love how this set is very different from Hasbro's.

New combiner mode head, Strafe remolded from Blast Off, Nosecone with different larger drillbit, new weapons on the combiner thighs (possibly from Nosecone), new gun for Scattershot, Lightspeed remolded from Breakdown.

It will be nice to see finished product for both so people can start making decisions. I know I'm gonna end up with both temporarily.

Computron's my favorite combiner so TT hands down on this one!!! Hoping the colors knock it out of the park, too! F*** Hasbro and their laziness! A new head is the bare minimum for a toy that is 90% repainted old molds... Grr

The new head tooling apparently went to the dedicated hands and feet, so it's an even split on that front.

All the OTHER stuff is far more tentative.

Well I had already started saving up as I knew TT would make me want to double dip on these.

Don't waste any time now, do we? :lol  Dang, I am really conflicted. On one hand, UW Computron has some more Computron bits. On the other, he'll most likely cost me more, and CW Computron is perfectly fine as Computron to me. I guess it really just comes down to the colors for me at this point. Can't wait for at least a prototype.

As you probably should if you're a Computron fan :lol

I'm just saying, I don’t know Computron as a character so I don’t want to go through a middleman-service and pay extra for a character I have no connection to.

But for fans of Computron this will definitely be worth the money.

Maybe we should all tweet Yuki if the UW version could have the new combiner hands and feet.

Lightspeed is from the Wheeljack mold. It has the upright fins next to the spoiler. With as much as has can already be seen it wouldn't surprise me if they also resculpted the front end to look more like the original as well. He's also using Blast Off's HFG

Nosecone looks to be a completely new mold. Larger drill, shorter stance from top to bottom, the turret section extends well above the combiner peg. I don't recognize the HFG, and that may be due to the text but it looks new. Still he may be a retool of Rook considering Strafe is using Rooks HFG.
