'Transformers: Robots in Disguise' trailer - LA Times

It looks like everyone that got locked up is free now and Steeljaw has a better base!

 

Well looks like a lot's gonna happen in the new season all right. Steeljaw now having a larger army,Optimus having something wrong with him and the team possibly being divided for the majority of the season? That can't be good.

Also it seems that there seems to be a new major Decepticon who looks like an evil version of Elita 1. Curious to see who she is.

 

Interesting. Looks like the minor Deceptions from S1 are returning, which is great.

 

Very excited for this, so many new cons!

Steeljaw and them are returning too!  

 

Finally, some actually interesting info about season two. Looks like a lot of season 1 'Cons returning and tons of newer ones, including some cool knight esque one. Also, was that Airachnid? It sounded like her and looked like a pink version of her.

 

Steejaw looks like he got himself a second in command. I see a lot of old Decepticons from Season 1. I like that. They really raised the stakes, I wonder what happened to Optimus. Maybe they might have to call Ratchet to fix him or something, if Fixit can't do it. Clearly, Team Bumblebee is going to have some trouble. That pink con reminded me of Airachnid.

 

I don't think she's Airachnid, but she definitely looks insect-y. I love all the various Decepticon designs.

I'm looking forward to watching this again. I could be totally wrong, but I have a feeling Overload may have something to do with all the Decepticons getting back out.

I'm glad many of the Season 1 Cons are gonna come back, so they weren't all just 1 Time appearances.

 

Doubt it's Airachnid. If anything she reminds me of an evil Elita 1 and I think that's Grey DeLise voicing her since I can tell it sounded like a voice I know. Also the new female con isn't a vampire here too.

 

I really hope these big groups are in more than just a couple of episodes this time.

I dunno, I'm sure they said Prime characters might be appearing this season and she's the only Decepticon who never died on screen or rejected their evil ways.

Edit: I should say, the only one who never had any heavy indication of dying, since Screamer didn't die on screen.

 

She looks like maybe an ant or a praying mantis maybe? The knight one looks like he might be a stag beetle. Looks interesting hopefully more Prime characters show up.

 

That's true but they never said that the Prime characters will have major upgrades either and the last time we saw Airachnid she ended up being a vampire on Cybertron's moon. That and having the pink con be her would be a giant waist of a new female villain. Would it be possible if they're related to each other somehow? Maybe but still there's no real proof yet.

 

Wow, I was thinking about a Mantis too. That'd be awesome.

 

I'd genuinely be surprised if any TF characters from Prime appeared without new bodies/toys to sell. However, if she isn't Airachnid, I doubt they'd make her related. It wouldn't be the first time this show's had bodies parts that look like they're from Prime characters. How many 'Cons have Shockwave's chest? So yeah, there is a good chance it isn't her, which will probably make a lot of people happy.

 

Oh I'm expecting the Prime characters to have upgrades to make them different all right no doubt about it. I've meant not to the point of making them look like different characters entirely.

 

Great. They could have not bothered with capturing all the criminals in the season finale. I mean, things would have flown fine if they didn't bother with Team Bee arresting all of the Cons (excluding Steeljaw).
Oh well, I'm still going to watch the second Season. I'm just kind of bothered with the fact the show wasted time like that in Season 1.
And did anyone read the report on the page? Whoever wrote it needs to learn how to make better reports.

 

If they hadn't captured Steeljaw's team in Season 1 finale and got cancelled early you'd end up with a huge cliffhanger though.

When dealing with seasonal television it's always better to make sure you wrap enough loose ends in case your time is up.

 

Hey, did anyone else notice the floating ghost Micronus head in that group shot, when Bee yells "stop, you're tearing him apart"?

 

I now see it! Micronus! Which makes me believe he is doing whatever he is doing to Optimus.
