Oh, that'd make perfect sense!

Since Astrotrain has both dynamic and standing art, chances are these poses are just for showing the gimmick and the cardback art will be different.

The packaging art looks meh.

They're isn't much variety in head designs, probably why they want us to by those Titan Master head things.

 

If rumors are to be believed (and honestly going off trends it wouldn't be hard to guess) the Titanmaster packs are going to be variants on the existing batch of characters.

It remains to be seen if that'll be a series of repainted heads to be swapped around or if each character will have two unique heads. I'd guess the former.

Depending on how they're constructed, I could see Hasbro/Takara designing the heads to allow them to take any bot-mode and any face and put them together to form a head.

Plus paint for additional variety.

 

I've kind of figured that various figures are going to re-use Titanmasters just because the faces may look similar. Especially when you take the helmets of the Voyagers and Leaders into account, you could, for example, give Scourge and Alpha Trion the same Titanmaster rather than having two different ones with bearded faces.

 

If the Powermaster Prime box indicates anything, I think this is going to be either just promotional art to showcase the Headmaster gimmick or maybe an image that goes with the on-back bio.

I can't see these being front-and-center pieces, not with the dynamic pose Powermaster Prime got.

 

Wonder if that shield is removed how the vehicle mode looks...might be manor parts forming

 

These Headmasters are gonna kill my wallet.

I don't know why but I'm a sucker for these kinda Transformer lines.
