I politely express distaste at this attention seeking behaviour. Show us the full image, zmultiplier, or not at all.

 

If it's not an intentional power trip, which is the main accusation, it's funny that the next leak after Astrotrain is formatted in such a way as to prevent the mirror flip photoshop extrapolation from working.
Yes, the image poster is under no compunction to share the images they have but I-know-something-you-don't-know teasing is a dick (or should that be microdick) move in any walk of life.

 

Man, I guess we'll just have to "agree to disagree" on this. At least I know that I derived some enjoyment out of the past few weeks...

Gdamn. A whole lot of fuss about absolutely nothing.

 

The only reason I really think Z-multiplier has full pictures is because he leaked the entire Liokaiser pic, and even though he's only leaked parts of Computron, he's released so many parts that we almost have a full picture from it.

The "right half" or "left half" pics get me excited. A bit disappointed that we don't get the full picture, but since the bots are mostly symmetrical it doesn't matter.

When we just have the top half, I'm a bit sad we don't get to see the legs, but since pretty much all the important parts are up top, I don't mind too much.

Just a picture of a crotch gets me very slightly excited. But mostly it just annoys the crap out of me. We don't get to see almost any of the important parts, and we know the legs (in general) are going to look the same on either side.

 

Perhaps he is worried if the posted the entire Hasbro art catalog before the show Hasbro might be pissed and hunt him down, but as long as he only posts pieces, Hasbro still has SOMETHING new to show us, even if it's just clearer and more complete pieces of the pictures?

 

I think part of it too is pieces He's leaving off are still "new".

Liokaiser was revealed, but there are rumors he has a Breastforce partner. Where was that in the pic? Heck, is he going to have his sectioned staff?

Not to mention, Liokaiser was one of the first leaks. So, in that regard, he or she got your attention for the rest of the images.

FortMax? We saw he was going to have his sword. But that's all we got beyond what may be major changes to Metroplex's bot mode.

Computron thus far has left out his left arm. We know an Aerialbot is getting retooled, but not what the finished idea is. Nor can we see his right hand to gauge if the Scrounge rumors are true. Not to mention the B&W tease didn't give away his head was getting a more accurate color.

With Brainstorm: We've already seen Blurr, so we know what that mold looks like. But without the Transmissions rumors we would be surprised by this pic with the Blurr mold on his colors. But it still leaves off his head as that would be final confirmation. Not to mention it may give away differences in the mold between Blurr and Brainstorm.

Alpha Trion? We saw a B&W. But it wasn't until the Nuremberg leak that we confirmed the colors and locked in that it was in fact A3.

His teases are, for the most part done in a way that reveals enough info to have an idea what's coming... But not enough to know *everything*.

We haven't seen Trion's third mode. We don't know what differences besides a head Brainstorm will have, and we don't know if Liokaiser and Computron have 6th members and if so...how they work.

So there's still mystery for NYCC. And if we don't have answers by Botcon we've at least gotten enough info to know what questions to ask of Hasbro when we have the opportunity.

 

*A* tease is perfectly fine. An entire series starts feeling abusive.

Especially knowing the people bitching about these teases would be the first in line to bitch about Hasbro having nothing new to show at Toy Fair.

I really don't mind these little sneak peaks at all. It's certainly better than a dry spell with nothing new to salivate over at all.

when the reveals show up at toyfair it's going to be everyone whining that there was no NEW reveals and because of the art leaks we knew what was coming...

I don't get some of this extreme unhappiness at the half-pics. I can understand wanting to see the whole picture, but lately I'm finding that sometimes the fun is in the anticipation.

It's not like the guys (or gals) putting these pics up have to. If they want to play a little, I'm not going to have a go at them for it.

 

Even if the art leaks hadn't happened, there's still Transmissions podcast leaking info from their source as well. And, all things considered, I don't think the art has revealed anything character wise that they hadn't already listed...aside from maybe Liokaiser.

So I'm not sure why we're taking it out on the one source that's actually showing us something. Because I find it more frustrating being drip fed verbal information like "Legends Gnaw and Kickback coming..."

Seeing the pics gets me way more excited for 2016's figures.

Between this, the "OMG TRANSFORMERS IS DYING!" threads after Hasbro's 2015 financial reports, and the "WHY ARE THERE GURL TRANSFORMESR NOW!" threads about Windblade and the Torchbearers...it's been a baaaaad couple of months around here.
