Picked them up today (save for Blast-Off naturally).

They are available for 6790 HUF (21.76 EUR) in the Jatekshop web-shop, which has a drop-off point in Slovakia and Romania as well, so those countries can get them too.
Funnily, Brawl is listed as "Brawler". :)  No sign of Onslaught yet, as for the Legends Wave 5, they have been out here for half a month now in Galaxy toy stores.

Hopefully that'll mean they'll be getting released in the UK as well

Any idea if they could be found from Budabest? I'm travelling to Budabest beginning of February and it would be great to pick these from there.

They are not yet selling these here in Finland.... And when they start selling, price will be "normal" 44€ per figure. Which is little bit too much.

Forgot to add, but the RID translucent-armor Cyberverse Legends/Minicon twopacks (Optimus/Bludgeon and Sideswipe/Anvil) are for sale on the site, too - as is the Minicon repaint 4-pack of Swelter, Cyclostorm, Backtrack and Beastbox.

It's BudaPest, actually. :)  But they are in webshops only, for now. You can buy them on the webshop and then pick them up yourself at their delivery point, it's what I do most of the time as it is free of charge. Order them before you leave, they keep orders for 6 days for you. I don't think they will run out of stock, considering they still have lots of Protectobots too.
44 EUR? WOW that is crazy... for a Deluxe?
If things are so expensive in Finland, you might wanna buy CW Devastator here as well. He costs 170 EUR - cheaper than in the stores where he is 207 EUR.

Would you call the shops they are specialist toyshops or normal/retail/high street shops? Is it European packaging with languages on?

If they are more normal retail, it is better for our chances in the rest of europe.

You can see in the photo that it's European packaging. Big "8+" age recommendation is a typical European packaging design element.

Well, Jatekshop ships to Slovakia but they offer the deluxe Combaticons for 24 EUR + shipping, so I will wait for the local brick and mortar / online stores and pick them up in person (should be around 20 EUR per piece).

Also, Scattorshot/Onlaught showed up on Mall.sk two weeks ago, but they have the status "currently not available".

I told you, they are WEBSHOPs. This is a recent "craze" here because this way, they have to pay less taxes and fees. The way it goes they have a warehouse and only online shopping. You order stuff online, you go pick it up at their pickup-point which is usually a tiny little place, or you have them delivered to you by the post or courier services for extra cost. So no, not retail shops.

But yeah, the packaging is the same silly "shortened bio" multilingual one. Brawl's bio is literally just saying "Anger makes him go!" :D

Really? odd, I thought they had a retail pick-up point in Bratislava. Have you tried through the slovakian interface?
