Yeah, those are good ideas, too. The BW guys used a lot of accessories. I hope one day we get a spark accessory that's like a clear marble with the organic 'nucleus' inside.

 

I hope MP Transmetal 2 Dinobot comes with the option for being able to open his chest and display Rampage's spark.

 

I have to thank you guys for the re discovery I made of the mace and the arm missile launchers.LOL I don't know how it happened, but I had completely forgotten those features on my figure.

I was actually confused when I saw the mace in the first place. I thought it must be some 3rd party "thing" as some people had mentioned. I had no clue it was right there stored on my figure. I was even going to post a question about it, as I had no clue about it. I saw someone mention that it was on the Ultra class figure or something like that, so I looked it up on YouTube. Sure enough, it was right there on my own figure.LOL

It's strange that I could have forgotten about those two things. I guess I'm getting too old and my memory is gone, because without that video, I'd have never known it was even there.lol How sad.

It might just be the lighting but I'm glad the blue is more subtle compared to the last round of pics we had of him.

 

MP Primal's light up eye gimmick requires 2x LR44 batteries.

 

Yup, the blue looks paler, and the transition between fur and flesh on his ape chest is also smoother. This look really, really awesome. Everything I dreamed of and more. It's a long wait until October... but it's gonna be worth it!

And even the back of his ape legs, which are suboptimal, don’t look that bad IMO. Acceptable trade off for an almost 100% accurate robot mode that can transform.

Nice! Those are easy to get, I can buy a pack of 10 for 4 bucks around here.

 

There's still no sign of the accessory meant to plug into the notch on his left forearm.

 

Pics look great- the back of gorilla mode's legs doesnt look as bad as I thought it might...

 

so will this led feature work just like shockwave? that its on all the time. would suck if we need to hold it to work to be honest

With that price, it's hard to ignore this guy. I'll be honest, I really wasn't planning on getting him, but that price and the fact that Beast Wars brought me back to Transformers back in the day... Well, it was juist too hard to resist.

 

It gets better and better with every update. The paintjob is perfect now - the color-matching to the CG model looks spot on.

 

Looks fantastic, instantly pre-ordered. Though about double dipping but...nah one is enough awesomeness for me. For the first time in absolutely ages I have no reservations about a a forthcoming MP! Can't wait!

Not a fan of BW. But with an MP# being designated to Primal + the $75 preorder price, it was hard to pass up. But I didn't double dip, as usual, on this guy.
