I really hope we get something wild and crazy and amazing in this issue. Like Buster learning to totally communicate with D.O.C. and we learn that she is a deep, philosophical canine. Or D.O.C. finds one of the discarded Ramjet clones and integrates with it to gain a new Cybertron form. ...okay, now I really want D.O.C. to gain a cool awesome body and go rescue Cosmos.

Blackrock is still playing Bloefeld, Soundwave is still undecided about what the heck he wants, and Arcee and co. are trapped on their shuttle still, while THundercracker is writing a fanfic. Well if the pace quickens a little this might be more interesting than I gave it credit for. Don't know if I'll pick it up though, I've been trying to drop this series for a good year now. Managed to last two issues so far
Only because she can understand herself. Notice that she's only talking in the gray panels; those are meant to represent the world as she sees it, while the yellow panels are showing the world as D0C sees it, and the white panels are just the regular old world.
Here's something else that's clever: at first I thought Buster's colors kept jumping inconsistently, then I realised that dogs see the world in very muted colors compared to humans.
i noticed right away in the first preview it was a lady jay outfit but now it seems like standard issue to the troops. it's a nod to the fact that in season 3 it was all but told to you that marissa is the daughter of flint and lady jaye. her last name is fairborne just like flint's and they had her talk to her father in an episode and it was the same voice actor as flint. there was also mention of her parents being soldiers in an elite counter terrorist unit. it's just a nod to that...and i nice one i think. but the real thing here is that dogs can strategically pee...i always had my suspicions.....
Well done! I knew the dog wasn't talking (or was being translated by the drone) but didn't notice the distinct differences in panels. Maybe it's because I'm a dog person but I found that every interesting and definitely much more interesting than when the humans are just sitting around and talking. Haha.
